In 2021, the Interhyp Group’s top-down intranet was replaced by an employee engagement platform based on “Haiilo”. The aim was to map the unique corporate culture regardless of location and to give all employees of the Interhyp Group a digital home. LINXYS was able to accompany this project as a rollout partner, and so within four months “Haiilo” became the social intranet of the Interhyp Group called “COCO” (Communicate and Connect).
